Coffee is really important to us at BTP (like really, really), and so are the people that make it. Our Baristas aren't just pressing a button, they know everything there is to know about the perfect cup; from achieving the exact extraction time to steaming silky milk, they are skilled artisans who craft top notch coffee every time. Each one trained in Bristol by our caffeine-loving chums, Extract Coffee.

The smiling faces when you walk through the door with genuine interest in how your day was or the simple recollection of your favourite brew. Our commitment to prepping dishes from scratch using only the best ingredients (like always using free-range meat and eggs) means, as one of our Chefs, you'll be challenged and engaged day in, day out. Whether you're making our legendary homemade hash ready to be crowned with smoked salmon, or serving up the perfect scramble on the line (we go through a loooot of eggs after all).
