Join us for the busy bit.

We’re looking for brilliant Seasonal Team Members to join our Boston Tea Party team and help us through one of our busiest times of the year.

Maybe you're home from university. Maybe you're looking for some extra hours. Maybe you just fancy spending your season somewhere full of great food, great coffee and great people.

Whatever brings you to Boston, you don't need café experience to join us.

We'll show you the ropes. You just need to bring a great attitude, plenty of energy and a willingness to get stuck in.

What you'll be doing

Our busiest periods are exactly that — busy!

You'll be right in the middle of café life, working alongside the rest of the team to keep everything moving and make sure our guests have a brilliant time.

You might be:

• Welcoming guests and helping them find a table.

• Taking orders and serving food and drinks.

• Clearing and resetting tables ready for the next guests.

• Learning about our menu and helping guests choose something they'll love.

• Keeping the café looking brilliant throughout the day.

• Helping behind the scenes with all the jobs that keep a busy café moving.

• Getting to know our regulars and welcoming plenty of new faces.

• Jumping in wherever your teammates need you.

When it gets busy, everyone gets stuck in.

Who we're looking for

Experience isn't essential.

You might have worked in hospitality before, or this could be your very first job.

We're much more interested in finding people who are friendly, reliable and ready to be part of a team.

You'll probably be someone who:

Makes Connections
You're comfortable around people and enjoy making them feel welcome. A smile, a conversation or simply noticing when someone needs something can make a big difference.

Leads Responsibly
You turn up when you say you will, work hard and look out for the people around you. When the café gets busy, you're someone who gets stuck in rather than disappearing!

Fuels Growth
You're happy to learn something new. We'll help you build skills and confidence while you're with us, whether that's for a few weeks, a few months or something longer.
