Telephone Screening
You may be asked to complete an online interview where you will record a video, or we will give you a quick call.
2.
Interview & Trial
We will ask you to come to cafe to meet the team and our customers for a hands on trial. This is your chance to see the cafe and team in action.
3.
Final Interview
Depending on your role, you might be asked to come back to cafe to meet the Operations Manager for a chat.
4.
Leadership Roles
For our more senior roles in cafe and support centre, another interview with a senior leader is likely.
